    How we ship and how fast
    Canada Post Expedited, CanPar or UPS is used for most shipping. Processing your order is generally within 1-3 business days; most orders placed Sunday to Thursday are typically shipped within 24 hours of order receipt.


    How long does it take once processed
    Typical delivery times for of Expedited parcels are managed by Canada Post however packages will generally take:
      2 days within the GTA
      2-5 days within Ontario
      3-7 days Nationally
    We cannot guarantee delivery times.
    Are there any additional charges
    Special Ship
    On occasion, there may be a specified delivery time and/or an additional shipping fees applicable (due to a products unusual weight or size, or delivery location). This will be noted, as well as the additional fee per item, on individual product pages along with this icon.

    Some drop ship items are not available to ship to the States or internationally.

    Pick Up Orders
    With regrets, Little Footprints cannot currently accommodate pick-ups on orders or visits to our warehouse. but you can pick up your order at one of our Pick Up Partner Locations!


    When we are not offering a Free Shipping Promotion or spending less than the minimum required to qualify, the following basic shipping charges apply per order (excluding Special Ship items):

    Remote Locations
    If you are requesting shipment to a remote location Little Footprints will charge the base shipping fee for your Province at checkout and then contact you after placement of the order to confirm any additional charges necessary We will not process the order until we receive approval for the shipping quote.

    Charging of Shipping Fees
    During check out, shipping fees will be added to your total invoice.


    Express Service
    In order to offer express service we use Fed/Ex or Purolator/Xpresspost. Should you require courier service please select at checkout and you will be notified of the cost. We will not process an order until we receive approval of the shipping quote.


    U.S. And International Customers
    We are please to open our doors to U.S. and International orders.

    Free Shipping offers are not available to U.S. customers

    When shipping out of Canada the recipient is responsible for all taxes, duties and levies. Little Footprints does not charge Canadian taxes on out of country orders nor will it take responsibility for and customs, tax or duty expenses.

    U.S. Orders:
    Please not that there is a minimum $18.50 shipping charge to the U.S.A. If a package is oversized or heavy and requires extra shipping we will contact you to confirm your order and shipping costs. U.S. orders are shipped Canada Post Ground service, if you would like to upgrade your shipping please let us know by contacting us by phone or email.
    International Orders:
    Please contact us by phone or email to determine shipping costs.


    All charges will be in Canadian dollars.
